“岗课赛证”融通背景下高职“工业机器人应用编程”课程教学改革路径探索

摘  要:“岗课赛证”融合育人理念的提出为我国职业教育改革指明了新方向,“工业机器人应用编程”是高职工业机器人技术专业重要的核心课程之一,针对教学实施中存在的教学内容“岗课”脱节、教学方法缺乏创新、课程考核形式单一、师资队伍亟待加强等问题,通过重构“岗课赛证”融通教学内容、采用“线上线下+理实同步”教学方法、改进“过程+结果”相结合的评价方式、打造高水平专业化“双师型”教学团队等策略,提升技术技能人才培养的质量和适应性。Comprehensive education of post-course-competition-certificate is an important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges and universities.The industrial robot application programming is one of the important core courses for industrial robot technology major in higher vocational colleges.There are many problems existing in teaching implementation,such as the disconnection between Post and Course,the lack of innovation in teaching methods,the single form of course assessment,and the urgent need to strengthen the teaching staff,etc.To improve the quality and adaptability of technical and skilled personnel training,we have reconstructed the teaching content of post-course-competition-certificate,adopted the teaching method of online and offline combination as well as theory and practice synchronization,improved the evaluation method of process and results combination,and build high-level professional teaching team of dual-qualified.
