摘 要:为探究增温处理后沼泽湿地固碳微生物群落的差异及主要影响因素,我们以青海湖小泊湖沼泽湿地为研究对象,利用高通量测序对固碳微生物功能基因cbbM进行了研究。结果显示,青海湖沼泽湿地cbbM固碳微生物以γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)为优势菌群。温度升高后,cbbM固碳微生物的Alpha多样性趋于降低(P>0.05),与土壤湿度及全碳全氮的变化趋势一致。发硫菌属(Thiothrix)和闪杆菌属(Lamprobacter)的相对丰度在增温处理下显著升高(P<0.05),能够作为温度升高的指示性生物。此外,固碳微生物的群落多样性不受环境因子的显著影响,土壤湿度是影响固碳微生物群落结构的最重要因素。综上所述,温度升高影响了沼泽湿地的土壤固碳过程,降低高寒湿地固碳效率。Soil carbon storage in wetlands is profoundly influenced by microbiota and climate warming.Despite the vast expanse of wetlands in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the precise mechanisms by which microorganisms involved in carbon sequestration responding to temperature increases in marshes remain elusive.In order to investigate the variances in carbon sequestration microbial communities and the primary influencing factors following warming treatments,this study focused on the marsh wetland of Xiaobo Lake in Qinghai Lake as its research subject.High-throughput sequencing was utilized to examine the functional gene cbbM of carbon sequestration microorganisms.It was found that Gammaproteobacteria constituted the dominant group of carbon sequestration microorganisms harboring the cbbM gene in the marsh wetland of Qinghai Lake.With rising temperatures,the Alpha diversity of carbon sequestration microorganisms containing the cbbM gene tended to decrease(P>0.05),consistent with the observed trends in soil moisture,total carbon,and nitrogen levels.The relative abundance of Thiothrix and Lamprobacter significantly increased under warming treatment(P<0.05),making them reliable indicators of temperature elevation.Furthermore,environmental factors did not significantly affect the community diversity of carbon sequestration microorganisms,with soil moisture emerging as the most influential factor shaping the community structure of these microorganisms.In conclusion,a significant increase in temperature impacts the process of soil carbon sequestration in marsh wetlands,leading to a decrease in the efficiency of carbon sequestration in alpine wetlands.
