摘　　要：通过问卷调查师生对中医骨伤科学专业教学实施过程中影响教学效果的因素分析,包括“教材教辅资料对教学效果的影响”“教学方法、及考核方式对教学效果的影响”“早期临床实践对教学效果的影响”等方面,调查分析发现要达到培养中医骨伤科学高素质人才的目标,教材及教辅资料的与时俱进,并增强其实用性是保证人才培养质量的有效途径;多样化的教学手段为人才培养质量提供了有力的保障;鼓励学生提前进行临床实践会促进教学效果的提升。通过发现并完善教学过程中存在的问题,方可为中医骨伤人才培养提供有力保障。Through a questionnaire survey of teachers and students on the factors that affect the teaching effect of the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and trauma science,including"the influence of teaching materials and auxiliary materials on the teaching effect","the influence of teaching methods and assessment methods on the teaching effect","Effect of early clinical practice on teaching effect"and other aspects,the investigation and analysis found that in order to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics,it is necessary to keep pace with the times and enhance the practicality of teaching materials and teaching materials to ensure the cultivation of talents.Effective way of quality;diversified teaching methods provide a strong guarantee for the quality of talent training;encouraging students to carry out clinical practice in advance will promote the improvement of teaching effect.Only by discovering and improving the problems existing in the teaching process can we provide a strong guarantee for the cultivation of TCM orthopaedic talents.
