摘  要:目的:针对现有医学计算机辅助教学(Computer-Assisted Instruction,CAI)的不足提出一套优化的医学辅助教学系统,并进行初步应用。方法:分析现有CAI教学的弊端,对医学辅助教学系统重新进行论证设计,建设可视化资源库,对系统初步应用效果进行评价。结果:完成了可视化和人工智能背景下医学计算机辅助教学系统的设计,并在某高校内进行了初步应用效果评价。结论:构建一个可视化、智能化和易用性强的通用医学辅助教学系统(GCAISME),通过该系统生成的可视化CAI课件进行教学,可以提高学生记忆程度,同时具有更好的学习体验感。Objective:Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing medical CAI teaching,an optimized medical assistant teaching system is proposed,and preliminary application is carried out.Method:The drawbacks of the existing CAI teaching were analyzed,the medical assistant teaching system was re-argued and designed,a visual resource library was built,and the initial application effect of the system was evaluated.Result:The design of the medical computer-aided teaching system under the background of visualization and artificial intelligence was completed,and the preliminary application effect evaluation was carried out in a university.Conclusion:Constructing a visual,intelligent and easy-to-use General Medical Assisted Teaching System(GCAISME),and teaching through the visual CAI courseware generated by the system can improve students'memory and have a better sense of learning experience.
