摘　　要：在新时代背景下,网络舆情已成为影响大学生思想观念、道德素养、价值判断一个重要变量,进行大学生网络舆情引导工作具有深刻的价值意蕴,同时也面临着大学生对网络舆情认知有偏差、舆情引导队伍能力素养偏弱和负面舆情表达无法及时纠偏的现实困境,要打破舆情引导面临的“三偏”困境,既要积极采取“软硬兼施”“双向施策”多维度协同的系统性措施,又要实行“统一战线”多手段引导的综合性策略,加强大学生网络舆情引导的实效性,达到巩固高校网络意识形态阵地、营造高校健康网络舆论生态、助力大学生成长成才的最终目的。In the context of the new era,network public opinion has become an important variable affecting college students'ideology,moral quality,value judgment,the college students network public opinion guidance work has profound"three"value implication,but also faces the college students of network public opinion cognition,public opinion guidance team ability and negative public opinion expression,to break the dilemma of"three","both"and"united front"systematic measures,"content is king"and other comprehensive guidance Strategy,spread positive energy,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of college students'network public opinion guidance,to achieve the ultimate goal of consolidating the network ideological position of universities,creating a healthy network public opinion ecology in universities,and helping college students to grow and become talented.
