基于CiteSpace知识图谱对护理学专业师资教学能力研究现状的可视化分析

摘  要:目的:了解近20年(2003年~2024年)护理学专业师资教学能力研究现状及发展趋势,为高校护理师资能力提升策略制定提供依据。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库,基于CiteSpace 6.3.R1绘制知识图谱,分析发表年限、作者、机构、关键词。结果:纳入中文文献613篇、英文文献327篇,发表数量逐年呈增长趋势,但发文作者与发文机构多处于孤立状态;通过关键词共现、聚类、突显,共归纳出4个研究热点:研究对象(临床带教教师、双师型教师、高职院校教师)、教学模式、教学能力(临床带教实践能力、课程思政能力、信息化教学能力、创新创业教学能力)、方案及评价体系的构建。结论护理学专业师资教学能力日益受到关注,在此背景下,有必要促进作者、机构间的合作与联系,以深入研究该主题。同时,结合现有研究领域,未来需进一步关注护理高等教育。Objective To understand the research status and development trend of nursing teachers'teaching ability in recent 20 years(2003-2024),and to provide basis for developing strategies for improving nursing teachers'ability in colleges and universities.Methods The knowledge map was drawn based on CiteSpace 6.3.R1 by searching CNKI and Web of Science core database,and the publication years,authors,institutions and keywords were analyzed.Results A total of 613 Chinese articles and 327 English articles were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year,but most of the authors and institutions were isolated.Through the co-occurrence,clustering and highlighting of keywords,four research hotspots were summarized:the research object(clinical teaching teachers,double-qualified teachers,teachers in higher vocational colleges),teaching mode,teaching ability(clinical teaching practice ability,curriculum ideological and political ability,information teaching ability,innovation and entrepreneurship teaching ability),and the construction of scheme and evaluation system.Conclusion The teaching ability of nursing teachers has been paid more and more attention.Under this background,it is necessary to promote the cooperation and contact between authors and institutions in order to further study the subject.At the same time,combined with the existing research fields,we need to pay more attention to nursing higher education in the future.
