基于义务教育艺术课程标准背景下的美术教师专业发展研究

摘  要:立足《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》,着重强调其在全面提高学生艺术素养、促进教育公平与质量提升中的核心作用,目的在于引导美术教师更好地适应新课标要求,进一步提升教学效能,促进专业能力的全面发展。分析当前美术教师专业发展的现状与未来趋势,结合教育学、心理学、课程与教学论等多学科理论,深入阐述新课标与美术教师专业发展之间的紧密联系。新课标为美术教师带来了前所未有的挑战,同时也为其提供了广阔的发展机遇。倡导美术教师更新教育理念,树立终身学习的意识;鼓励教师不断提升专业知识与技能,以更好地适应新课标的教学要求;鼓励教师创新教学方法,构建多元化的评价体系,以激发学生的学习兴趣和创造力。Based on the Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),this study emphasizes their core role in enhancing students'artistic literacy,promoting educational equity,and improving education quality.The research aims to guide art teachers in better adapting to the requirements of the new standards,improving teaching effectiveness,and fostering comprehensive professional development.By analyzing the current state and future trends in art teachers'professional growth and integrating theories from education,psychology,and curriculum and instruction studies,the paper elaborates on the close relationship between the new standards and art teachers'development.While the new standards pose unprecedented challenges for art teachers,they also offer extensive opportunities for growth.The study advocates for teachers to update their educational philosophies,embrace lifelong learning,enhance their professional knowledge and skills,and innovate teaching methodologies.It also encourages the development of diversified evaluation systems to stimulate students'interest and creativity.
