摘　　要：时政文本是宣传党和国家政策的重要途径,是展现中国治国理政理念的重要载体。本文将系统阐释中国时政文献的语言特色和翻译原则,帮助学习者更好地解读其含义,全面理解中国时政文献翻译的操作路径,形成并掌握适切的翻译方法与策略,为翻译实践提供指导,从而深刻理解从“翻译世界”向“翻译中国”转化、从“翻译大国”向“翻译强国”跃升的时代意涵。Current political texts serve as an important channel for dissemination of the policies of the Communist Party of China and the state,and a significant medium for presenting China’s philosophy of governance.This paper systematically explains the linguistic characteristics and translation principles of Chinese current political texts,to assist learners in comprehending their meanings,gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operational path for translating Chinese current political texts,and developing and mastering appropriate translation methods and strategies.It offers guidance for translation practice,thereby facilitating a profound understanding of the transition from“translating the world”to“translating China”,and the era’s significance in moving from being“a major player in translation”to“a strong power in translation”.
