摘  要:职业教育数字化转型已成为提升教育质量与满足经济社会需求的核心路径,展现出交互聚集、动态非线性、资源流动与结果多样性的复杂特征,体现了系统高度互动性与适应性。基于复杂适应系统理论,从微观层面构建了“刺激—反应”模型,揭示各主体如何通过探测器感知外部环境信息,依托规则集进行信息处理与决策,并通过效应器实现具体行动,以促使系统的动态适应与演化。从宏观层面构建了回声模型,识别多主体间的相互选择、资源交互机制与匹配因素。在此基础上,发现通过宏观层面的制度保障与资源优化,结合微观层面的主体协同与机制创新,可推动职业教育数字化转型的持续优化与涌现发展。Digital transformation of vocational education has become a core path to improve education quality and meet economic and social needs,showing the complex characteristics of interactive aggregation,dynamic nonlinearity,resource flow and diversity of results,reflecting the high interactivity and adaptability of the system.Based on the theory of complex adaptive system,at the micro level,the study constructs a“stimulus-response”model,which reveals how each subject perceives the information of the external environment through the detector,processes the information and makes decisions based on the rule set,and realizes the specific actions through the effector,so as to promote the dynamic adaptation and evolution of the system.At the macro level,the study constructs an echo model to identify the mutual selection,resource interaction mechanism and matching factors among multiple subjects.On this basis,it is found to promote the continuous optimization and emergent development of digital transformation of vocational education through institutional guarantee and resource optimization at the macro level,combined with subject synergy and mechanism innovation at the micro level.
