摘  要:创新创业课程是高校创新创业人才培养的基本载体,也是提高人才培养质量的核心要素。基于创新行动力教育,团队开发出极具实践特色的创新创业基础课程,通过开展“百元创业”“企业家画像”“一元生存体验”等实训活动,让学生在创新创业行动中提升寻找资源的能力、发现与解决问题的能力、团队合作能力,逐渐形成了信念支撑、行动引领的双创教学模式。课程在化学相关专业实施了4轮教学,结果显示,课程在教学内容上打破了传统课程的框架,教学方法更具灵活性,课程评价实现了由单次考核到多次多元评价的转变,教学资源上获得了多元保障,取得了较好的教学成效。Innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum is the basic carrier of college innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training,and also the core elements to improve the quality of personnel training.Based on the theory of innovation action force,the team developed a basic course of innovation and entrepreneurship with practical characteristics.By carrying out practical teaching activities such as“100 yuan entrepreneurship”,“entrepreneur portrait”and“1 yuan survival experience”,the students'ability of finding resources,finding and solving problems,and the ability of team cooperation are promoted in the course of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the teaching mode of mass entrepreneurship and innovation supported by faith and action is gradually formed.The course implemented four rounds of teaching in chemistry related majors,and the results showed that the course broke the framework of traditional courses in teaching content,teaching methods were more flexible,course evaluation realized the transformation from single assessment to multiple evaluation,and teaching resources obtained multiple guarantees,achieving good teaching results.
