摘 要:基础化学实验是医学相关专业本科生的专业必修课程,在培养学生实践能力和科学素养等方面起着不可替代的作用。针对基础化学实验教学过程中存在的问题,以酸碱滴定实验为例,围绕教学内容、教学方法、评价方法等方面进行教学改革。通过问题引导式和线上线下相结合的教学模式,提升学生探究问题的兴趣及独立分析、解决问题的能力。改革后的实验显著提高学生对酸碱滴定的理解,推动学生深度学习,达到学以致用的目的。Basic chemistry laboratory is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in medicine,which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the practical abilities and scientific literacy.In response to the problems in the teaching process of basic chemistry laboratory,teaching reforms are carried out around teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation methods,and other aspects based on acid-base titration experiment.By combining the modes of problem-guidance and online/offline,students could enhance their interest in exploring problems and their ability to independently analyze and solve problems.The reformed experiment could significantly improve the students'understanding of acid-base titration and promote their deep learning.The purpose of applying knowledge to practice could be achieved.
