摘　　要：肉苁蓉主要活性成分苯乙醇苷有丰富的药理活性,通过对肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷的结构特征、药理活性、药食两用产品开发等方面进行概述,对其发展趋势以及数据不足进行分析,可知滋肝补肾的苯乙醇苷酒制品、缓解疲劳的肉苁蓉小茴香咀嚼片、提高免疫力的肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷复方片剂等在保健品市场中拥有巨大潜力。由苁蓉美白防晒霜和抗黑色素沉淀纳米乳凝胶复合制剂等产品研究可知,苯乙醇苷的作用不仅仅局限于药品,在保健、美容护肤等领域也拥有广袤的市场,这为肉苁蓉的可持续发展、产品开发和资源高效利用提供技术支持,奠定理论基础。The main active ingredient of Cistachedeserticola,Phenylethanolglycoside,is rich in pharmacological activity.Through an overview of the structural characteristics,pharmacological activity,and development of dual-purpose medicinal and food products of Cistachedeserticola,its development trend and data deficiencies are analyzed,it can be seen that Phenylethanolglycoside,which nourishes the liver and nourishes the kidney,is used for liver and kidney nourishment.Glycoside wine products,cistanche cumin chewable tablets for relieving fatigue,cistanchePhenylethanolglycoside compound tablets for improving immunity,etc.have great potential in the health care products market.From the research on products such as Cistachewhitening sunscreen and anti-melanin precipitation nano-emulsion gel compound preparations,it can be seen that the role of Phenylethanolglycoside is not limited to medicines,but also has a vast market in the fields of health care,beauty and skin care.This provides technical support for the sustainable development,product development and efficient use of resources of Cistachedeserticola,lay the theoretical foundation.
