摘 要:青光眼是由多种因素导致视神经损害、形成特征性视盘盘沿变窄及视野损害的疾病。青光眼神经损伤不仅累及视网膜节细胞,还涉及视觉通路和中枢神经系统的广泛性神经退行性病变。青光眼与其他中枢神经疾病有相似的病理变化,如脱髓鞘改变参与青光眼神经损伤的病理过程。因此,研究脱髓鞘发生机制和髓鞘再生功能,寻找促进髓鞘形成和髓鞘再生方法对从神经保护策略治疗青光眼具有重要意义。Glaucoma is a disease characterized by narrowing of the optic disc edge and visual field damage caused by various factors leading to optic nerve damage.Glaucoma nerve damage not only affects retinal ganglion cells,but also involves extensive neurodegenerative changes in the visual pathway and central nervous system.Glaucoma has similar pathological changes to other central nervous system diseases such as multiple sclerosis,and demyelination changes are involved in the pathological process of glaucoma nerve damage.Therefore,studying the mechanism of demyelination and remyelination function,promoting myelin formation and remyelination,and finding new treatment pathways for glaucoma from the perspective of neuroprotective strategies are of great significance.
