摘　　要：高等师范院校师范生(以下简称“高师生”)是未来教师的主力军、生力军,其素质能力与教育家精神的现实落地和未来传承紧密相关。从大力弘扬教育家精神视域看,当前我国高师生培养正在迈入高质量发展阶段,其基本态势是总体向好、仍有不足、未来可期。面对新形势、新挑战、新机遇,通过全覆盖的教育家人物宣传展示、全方位的教育家精神内涵掌握、全过程的教育家精神实践养成,能有效提升高师生培养质量,为建设新时代高素质教师队伍、推进中国式教育现代化提供强有力的人才支撑。Normal students in higher normal universities are the main force and new force of future teachers,and their quality and ability are closely related to the practical implementation and future inheritance of the spirit of educators.From the perspective of vigorously promoting the spirit of educators,the cultivation of normal students in China is currently entering a stage of high-quality development,with a basic trend of overall improvement,still having shortcomings,and a promising future.Faced with new situations,challenges,and opportunities,through comprehensive promotion and display of educators,comprehensive grasp of the spirit of educators,and the cultivation of the spirit of educators throughout the process,the quality of teacher and student training can be effectively improved,providing strong talent support for building a high-quality teacher team in the new era and promoting the modernization of Chinese style education.
