摘  要:黄曲霉毒素是主要由曲霉真菌产生的毒性次生代谢产物,在食品、药材等产品的运输、存储过程中极易产生,对人和动物能够产生高致癌效力,已成为一种全球性广泛关注的安全危害因素。一直以来,研究者们努力开发各种有效的策略来降解食品和药材中的黄曲霉毒素,这些方法涵盖了物理、化学以及生物学等各类技术手段,其中光辐射消除方法因其操作简单、成本低廉、消除效率高和不破坏样品成分等特点而受到广泛的关注。因此,本文重点综述了现代光学方法在去除黄曲霉毒素上的应用,包括紫外、红外、脉冲强光、光催化、等离子体等方法,为开发高效便捷、安全可控的黄曲霉毒素去除方法提供参考。Aflatoxins are toxic secondary metabolites mainly produced by Aspergillus fungi,which are easily generated during the transportation and storage of food,medicinal materials,and other products.These toxins have high carcinogenic effects on humans and animals,making them a global safety hazard.Researchers have long been developing various effective strategies to degrade aflatoxins in food and medicinal materials,including physical,chemical,and biological techniques.Among these,optical radiation elimination method has garnered significant attention due to their simple operation,low cost,high elimination efficiency,and non-destructive nature.This paper reviews the application of modern optical methods in the removal of aflatoxins,including ultraviolet,infrared,pulsed strong light,photocatalysis,plasma techniques,providing a reference for the development of efficient,convenient,safe,and controllable aflatoxins removal methods.
