摘　　要：教师队伍是大力发展职业教育的核心资源,是新时代职业教育改革的重要支柱。新时代要全面提高职业院校教师质量,需要建设一支高水平“双师型”的教师队伍。高职院校高水平“双师型”教学团队的建设是一项长期而重要的任务,需要职业院校、企业的深度参与,不断探索和创新。The teaching staff is the core resource for the development of vocational education and the backbone supporting the reform of vocational education in the new era.To comprehensively enhance the quality of vocational college teachers,it is necessary to cultivate a highly qualified"dual-teacher model"teaching team.The construction of high-level"dual-teacher model"teaching teams in higher vocational colleges is a long-term and crucial task,requiring deep involvement from vocational colleges and enterprises,as well as continuous innovation and exploration.
