高职“档案管理学”实践教学模式课程思政研究

摘　　要：课程思政强调立德树人,润物无声地影响学生,将思政理念融入实践教学过程,有利于促进学生的终身发展。高职院校要做到以职业发展为导向,以提升岗位能力为己任,加强实践教学环节,提升学生的社会竞争力。通过分析实践教学的重要性,在研究其课程思政现状的基础上,提出融入课程思政的实践教学策略,深度开发课程资源,有效提炼教学模块,通过仿真实训项目翻转课堂,引导学生提升个人素养,加深岗位认知,有效践行课程改革的思路。The course of ideological and political education emphasizes the cultivation of morality and talent,which subtly influences students,helps them strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and enhances their personal beliefs and sense of value.Integrating ideological and political concepts into practical teaching processes is beneficial for promoting lifelong development of students.In the face of new situations and tasks,vocational colleges should be guided by career development,take improving job skills as their responsibility,strengthen practical teaching,and enhance students'social competitiveness.By investigating the importance of practical teaching and studying the current situation of ideological and political education in the curriculum,this paper proposes practical teaching strategies that integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum,deeply develops course resources,effectively extracts teaching modules,and flips the classroom through simulation training projects to guide students to improve their personal qualities,deepen their job cognition,and effectively practice the ideas of curriculum reform.
