摘　　要：本文研究低秩四元数矩阵分解模型的优化理论及其在彩色图像处理中的应用,提出四元数梯度下降法及其改进算法来求解低秩四元数矩阵分解模型并分析算法的收敛性。通过将该模型应用于彩色图像处理上,数值结果表明所提算法的可行性和有效性。This paper studies the low rank quaternion matrix decomposition model and its application in color image processing.Quaternion gradient descent algorithm and its improved version are proposed to solve the low rank quaternion matrix decomposition model.And the convergence of the algorithms is considered.Numerical results on color images show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.
