摘 要:该文建立了分子印迹固相萃取-液相色谱法测定膨化食品中苯并(a)芘的不确定度分析方法。样品使用正己烷提取,经分子印迹柱净化,浓缩定容后采用液相色谱荧光法进行定量分析,参照不确定度评定的相应准则,对膨化食品检测过程中不确定度来源进行分析,确定了合成标准不确定度和检测结果的扩展不确定度,对提高检测结果的准确度具有重要的参考意义。This paper established an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of benzo(a)pyrene residues in puffed food by molecular imprinting solid-phase extraction-HPLC.The sample was extracted with n-hexane and then cleaned by molecular imprinting column,after the concentration and constant volume,it was quantitative analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence(HPLC-FL).Based on the uncertainty evaluation criteria,the source of uncertainty in the detection progress of benzo(a)pyrene in puffed food was analyzed,meanwhile,the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty of the detection results were determined.This method provides the reference significance for improving the accuracy of detection result.
