摘 要:双元制教学模式是培养高职院校汽车电子技术专业学生能力的有效途径。本文分析了双元制教学模式下汽车电子技术专业学生能力培养存在问题,并针对这些问题提出相应优化路径,包括构建“教-学-做”一体化人才培养方案、打造集教学、生产、培训和评价为一体的校内实训基地、建立校企互利共赢长效运行人才培养机制,以提高汽车电子技术专业学生的综合能力。Dual system teaching mode is an effective way to cultivate the ability of automotive electronics technology students in higher vocational colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the problems of automotive electronics technology students' ability cultivation under the dual system teaching mode,and puts forward corresponding optimization paths for these problems,including the construction of "Teaching-Learning-Doing" integrated talent cultivation program,the creation of on-campus training bases integrating teaching,production,training and evaluation,and the establishment of a win-win long-term operation of talent cultivation mechanism to improve the comprehensive development of automotive electronics technology students,so as to improve their competitiveness.The purpose of this project is to improve the comprehensive ability of automotive electronics technology students.
