摘 要:随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车模具设计人才的培养成为汽车专业教育和汽车行业关注的重点。本文围绕汽车模具设计课程,探究了模具设计教学过程中学生创新能力的培养机制。研究发现,实施项目驱动与问题导向相结合的教学模式,有效提升了学生的设计创新意识和实际操作能力。在教学模式创新方面,通过校企合作、增加实际操作机会、设置模拟实战项目,能激发学生创新潜能,培养学生解决实际工程问题的能力。结果表明,结合模具行业发展需求的教育教学改革,能够有效提升学生的创新设计能力,并对学生综合素质的提升产生积极影响。研究旨在为高等院校汽车模具设计专业人才培养提供理论支持与实践指导,推动学生创新能力与行业需求的对接。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the training of automotive mold design talents has become the focus of education and the automotive industry.This research focuses on the course of automobile mold design and explores the training mechanism of middle school students' innovation ability in the process of mold design teaching.It is found that the combination of project-driven and problem-oriented teaching model can effectively improve students' consciousness of design innovation and practical operation ability.In terms of teaching model innovation,through school-enterprise cooperation,increasing practical operation opportunities,setting simulation projects,stimulating students' innovation potential and cultivating students' ability to solve practical engineering problems.The results show that the education and teaching reform combined with the development needs of the mold industry can effectively improve students' innovative design ability and have a positive impact on the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the training of automotive mold design professionals in colleges and universities,and promote the docking of students' innovation ability and industry demand.
