摘  要:在高等学校管理类专业的教育中,管理学作为培养学生管理技能和管理思维能力的核心课程,其课程特点具有较强的理论性和实践性。双PBL模式为管理学教学改革提供了新的思路,打破了传统教学的束缚,将理论与实践相结合,即通过问题导向和项目导向的学习方式,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养学生的团队协作能力和创新思维,在解决问题的过程中不断提升自己的综合素质,该模式也为其他课程的教学改革提供了有益的借鉴和参考。In the education of management majors in higher education institutions,management is a core course for cultivating students'management skills and thinking abilities.Traditional teaching methods often focus on imparting theoretical knowledge,while neglecting the cultivation of students'practical abilities and innovative thinking.With the rapid development of society,the demand for management talents has undergone fundamental changes.They not only need to have a solid theoretical foundation,but also the ability to solve practical problems and innovative thinking.Therefore,the teaching of management courses must keep up with the pace of the times and carry out teaching reforms to meet the needs of society.The dual PBL model provides new ideas for the reform of management teaching,breaking the constraints of traditional teaching,combining theory with practice,and stimulating students'interest and initiative in learning through problem oriented and project-based learning methods.It cultivates students'teamwork ability and innovative thinking,and continuously improves their comprehensive quality in the process of solving problems.This model also provides useful reference and guidance for the teaching reform of other courses.
