摘 要:目的了解助产专业本科生对临床带教的偏好,分析带教偏好的影响因素,以期为促进我国助产士本科教育提供依据。方法对12位来自广东省某高校的助产专业全日制本科在读生进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步法进行资料分析,提炼主题。基于离散选择实验,对来自广东省某高校的115名符合纳入标准的助产专业本科生进行问卷调查,采用条件Logit模型进行统计分析。结果纳入的5个属性(带教教师的学历、带教教师的工作经验、带教的方式、带教的形式、带教期间的考核形式)中,除带教的方式外,其余4个属性均显著影响助产专业本科生临床带教偏好。带教教师的学历是影响助产专业本科生临床带教偏好最重要的属性,其次是带教教师的工作经验、带教的形式、带教期间的考核形式。将带教教师的学历从"专科"升至"硕士及以上",选择概率预期提高56.92%。助产专业本科生临床带教影响因素的访谈归纳为3个主题:临床带教教师、临床带教方式、临床带教考核。结论离散选择实验(discrete choice experiment,DCE)研究为助产专业本科生的临床带教方案、其他临床带教偏好的研究提供了参考。助产专业本科生的临床带教应优先关注带教教师的学历,结合学生需求科学制定临床带教方案,提升临床教学质量。ObjectiveTo investigate the preference of midwifery undergraduates for clinical teaching,and analyze the factors influencing their preference,and to provide a basis for promoting undergraduate midwifery education in China.MethodsTwelve full-time midwifery undergraduates from a university in Guangdong Province were interviewed,followed by the Colaizzi's 7-step analysis of the interviews to identify the themes.In the discrete choice experiment(DCE),a questionnaire was administered to 115 undergraduate midwifery students from the university who met the inclusion criteria.A conditional logit model was used for statistical analysis.ResultsFive attributes were included:the education level and work experience of the teaching faculty,the mode and form of teaching,and the form of performance assessment during supervision.All these attributes,except the mode of teaching,significantly affected the preference for clinical teaching of undergraduate midwifery students.The education level of the teaching faculty was the most important attribute affecting the preference for clinical teaching of midwifery undergraduates,followed by the working experience of the teachers,the form of teaching,and the form of performance assessment during supervision.The probability of selection was expected to increase by 56.92%by raising the education level of the teaching staff from a junior college diploma to a master or above.The interviews on the factors influencing midwifery students'preference for clinical teaching were summarized into three themes:clinical teaching faculty,clinical teaching modes,and performance assessment during supervision.ConclusionsThis DCE study provides a reference for clinical teaching strategies for undergraduate midwifery students and study of clinical teaching preferences in other fields.For the clinical teaching of undergraduate midwifery students,consideration should be given to the academic qualifications of the teaching faculty and the needs of the students to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
