摘 要:培养高素质创业新一代是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的根本战略支撑,而创业学习有助于实现这一目标。基于计划行为理论构建理论框架,采用问卷调查法,以江苏、浙江和上海813名高职学生为研究对象,分析高职学生创业学习对创业意向的作用机理。研究发现:高职学生创业学习显著正向预测创业意向;创业态度部分中介了创业学习对创业意向的影响;感知行为控制部分中介了社会创业学习、家庭创业学习对创业意向的影响;同伴支持与教师支持在学校创业学习与高职学生创业意向的关系中起调节作用。基于此,应从重视创业学习的作用、重视创业态度与感知行为控制的价值、重视同伴支持与教师支持的重要作用三个方面提出培养高职学生创业意向的策略。Training a new generation of high-quality entrepreneurs is the fundamental strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,and entrepreneurial learning could realize this target.Based on the theory of planned behavior,813 vocational college students in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai were studied by questionnaire survey to analyze the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention among higher education students.The results show that vocational college students' entrepreneurial learning positively predicts entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial attitude partly mediates the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention.Perceived behavioral control partly mediates the influence of social entrepreneurial learning and family entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention.Peer support and teacher support play a moderating role in the relationship between school entrepreneurial learning and vocational college students' entrepreneurial intention.Based on this a strategy for developing entrepreneurial intentions in higher vocational students is proposed in terms of valuing the role of entrepreneurial learning,the value of entrepreneurial attitudes and perceived behavioral control,and the important role of peer support and teacher support.
