叙事医学在中医临床教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文主要讨论叙事医学在中医临床教学中的应用。经研究发现,叙事医学方法显著增强了学生的临床思维能力和人文关怀意识,让他们对医患关系的理解也更深刻。叙事医学对中医临床教学实践的启示在于,教学应更多关注实际案例和互动式学习,以培养学生的综合素质。建议加强教师培训,鼓励更多临床实践和角色扮演活动。This article mainly discusses the application of narrative medicine in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Research findings indicate that the narrative medicine approach significantly enhances students’clinical thinking skills and awareness of humanistic care,leading to a deeper understanding of the doctor-patient relationship.The implications of narrative medicine for TCM clinical teaching practice suggest that instruction should focus more on real case studies and interactive learning to cultivate students’comprehensive qualities.It is recommended to strengthen teacher training and encourage more clinical practic e and role-playing activities.
