摘　　要：艾莉森·贝克德尔(Alison Bechdel)的《欢乐之家:一场家庭悲喜剧》(Fun Home:A Family Tragicomic)是一部具有代表性的图像回忆录,作者生动地描绘了对家庭关系、性取向和个人身份的探索与体验。小说主人公艾莉森(Alison)的成长经历、父母的生活和一家人与书籍之间的互动,展示了文学作品作为心灵导师的独特价值。本文从阅读疗法视角深入分析艾莉森及其父母破碎的精神世界,探讨文学作品在塑造人物、释放情感、启发认知、建立自我认同等方面的疗愈作用,以期促进学界对文学作品阅读疗愈功能的关注与探索。Alison Bechdel’s Fun Home:A Family Tragicomic,a representative graphic memoir,vividly portrays the author’s exploration and experiences concerning family relationships,sexual orientation,and personal identity.The protagonist Alison Bechdel’s journey of growth,the lives of her parents,and the family’s interactions with literature all highlight the unique value of literary works as spiritual guides.Thus,by analyzing the fractured mental states of Alison and her parents from the perspective of bibliotherapy,this paper aims to explore the therapeutic functions of literature in shaping characters,releasing emotions,inspiring cognition and fostering self-identity etc.,which tend to prompt further scholarly attention and exploration of the therapeutic functions of reading within literary works.
