肺癌患者生命意义认知现况及与感受负担的相关性

摘　　要：目的 分析肺癌患者生命意义认知现况及与感受负担的相关性。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年12月河南省胸科医院接受治疗的肺癌患者328例,使用癌症患者自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)及生命意义感量表(MLQ)评估患者感受负担及生命意义认知现状,并研究肺癌患者生命意义认知现况与感受负担的相关性。结果 328例肺癌患者中,自我感受负担的总分为(64.99±5.32)分,其中照护负担得分(13.45±2.15)分,经济/家庭负担得分(23.16±3.47)分,心理/情感负担得分(16.78±2.34)分,治疗负担得分(11.49±1.58)分。生命意义认知现状总分(32.94±3.63)分,其中存在生命意义得分(17.84±1.16)分,寻找生命意义得分(14.72±1.04)分。Pearson分析结果显示,感受负担与存在生命意义(r=-0.574)、寻找生命意义(r=-0.596)、生命意义总分(r=-0.492)均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者的感受负担处于中度水平,而生命意义认知处于较低现状,临床应结合患者的实际状况拟定具有针对性的护理干预,以提升患者生命意义感,减轻患者感受负担,促使其主动配合治疗。Objective To analyze the status of meaning of life cognition in patients with lung cancer and its correlation with perceived burden.Methods A total of 328 patients with lung cancer who received treatment in Henan Chest Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected to evaluate the status quo of patients’perceived burden and meaning of life cognition using the self-perceived burden scale for cancer patients(SPBS-CP)and the meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ),and to study the correlation between the status quo of patients’perceived meaning of life and perceived burden.Results In 328 patients with lung cancer,the total score of self-perceived burden was 64.99±5.32,including care burden score(13.45±2.15),economic/family burden score(23.16±3.47),psychological/emotional burden score(16.78±2.34).The treatment burden score was 11.49±1.58.The total score of cognition status of meaning of life was 32.94±3.63,including the score of existence meaning of life(17.84±1.16)and the score of finding meaning of life(14.72±1.04).Pearson analysis showed that perceived burden was negatively correlated with the meaning of life(r=-0.574),the meaning of life search(r=-0.596)and the total meaning of life(r=-0.492)(P<0.05).Conclusion The perceived burden of patients with lung cancer is at a moderate level,while the cognition of meaning of life is at a low level.In clinical practice,targeted nursing interventions should be formulated according to the actual situation of patients,so as to enhance the patients’sense of meaning of life,reduce the patients’perceived burden,and encourage them to actively cooperate with treatment.
