早期接触临床导师制模式下的临床医学专业学生带教实践与思考

摘　　要：早期接触临床导师制是华中科技大学临床医学相关专业见习教学的重要培养制度。文章结合临床医学生的特点和作为早期接触临床导师的带教实践,总结认为,早期接触临床导师在实际带教中应运用多种教学模式相结合的方式带教;同时在带教中需保持立德树人意识,培养医学生关爱生命、规范行医、保护隐私、严谨慎独的精神,为最终培养成为优秀的临床医生打下良好的思维模式和人文关怀精神的基础。Clinical clerkship tutorial strategy is an important training method for students majoring clinical medicine at their early career in Huazhong University of science and technology.Based on the characteristics of clinical medical students and the teaching practice of early contact with clinical tutors,we concluded that clinical clerkship tutors should use a combination of multiple teaching methods in clerkship teaching.Meanwhile,in teaching,it is necessary to maintain a sense of moral education and cultivate the spirit of caring for life,standardizing medical practice,protecting privacy,and being Shendu among medical students so as to lay the foundation for a good thinking model and humanistic caring spirit in order to ultimately cultivate excellent clinicians.
