摘  要:试验采用了免疫层析法的霉菌毒素快速检测条法评价宾县及其周边地区饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮污染程度。在2023年1月至2023年12月期间,对宾县及其邻近地区的5种玉米及其副产物饲料原料进行了检测,包括玉米(147份)、玉米胚芽粕(6份)、玉米酒精糟(28份)、玉米皮(2份)和玉米蛋白粉(3份),并对其进行了黄曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮的检测。结果表明,3种不同的霉菌毒素已经对饲料样本造成了基本的污染,在所有参与检测的样本中,其检出率都达到100%。呕吐毒素是污染最为严重的毒素,在玉米和玉米酒精糟样品中超标率分别达到了23.80%和92.86%。黄曲霉毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮在玉米酒精糟样品中超标率分别达到4.76%和9.52%。综上所述,宾县饲料原料中霉菌毒素污染现象普遍存在。In this experiment,a rapid mycotoxin test strip method by immunochromatography was used to evaluate the level of aflatoxin B1,vomitoxin,and zearalenone contamination in feedstuffs from Binxian County and its neighboring areas.Between January 2023 and December 2023,five types of corn and its by-product feed ingredients,including corn(147 parts),corn germ meal(6 parts),distillers′s dried grains with solubles(28 parts),corn hulls(2 parts),and corn protein powder(3 parts)were tested for aflatoxin,vomitoxin,and zearalenone in feedstuffs from Binxian County and its neighboring areas.The results showed that three different mycotoxins have caused basic contamination of the feed samples,with a detection rate of 100%in all the samples involved in the tests.Vomitoxin was the most contaminated toxin,with exceedance rates of 23.8%and 92.86%in maize and distillers′s dried grains with solubles samples,respectively.Aflatoxin and zearalenone exceeded 4.76%and 9.52%in the samples of distillers′s dried grains with solubles respectively.In summary,mycotoxin contamination in feedstuffs is widespread in Bin County.
