摘 要:《食品化学》课程是食品质量与安全专业的重点基础课程,也是支撑创新拔尖人才培养目标的重要环节。在强调“重基础、强实践、引创新”教学要求的条件下,更要落实人才培养与国家食品行业发展战略需求相契合。教学团队遵循OBE教育理念,以能力培养为基准,坚守“立德树人”宗旨,探索出提升“两性一度”有机融入课程思政的教学模式。思政教育的深化和落实旨在培育具备社会责任、行业责任、专业能力和个人品德的专业拔尖人才,以支持国家食品安全战略的实施。Food Chemistry is a key basic course for the major of food quality and safety,and also an important link to support the training goal of innovative top talents.Under the condition of emphasizing the teaching requirements of"emphasizing foundation,strengthening practice and leading to innovation",it is more important to implement the matching of talent training with the development strategy of the national food industry.The teaching team follows the concept of OBE education,takes ability training as the benchmark,sticks to the purpose of"moral cultivation",and explores the teaching mode of promoting gender and organically integrating into the curriculum ideology and politics.The deepening and implementation of ideological and political education aims to cultivate professional top-notch talents with social responsibility,industrial responsibility,professional ability and personal morality to support the implementation of the national food safety strategy.
