摘 要:氨基酸在营养食品添加剂中因其广泛的功能而备受关注。作为蛋白质的基本组成单位,氨基酸支持基础营养需求,还在免疫增强、肌肉修复以及代谢调节等方面发挥重要作用。特定氨基酸如亮氨酸和谷氨酰胺在改善肌肉质量和加速恢复中尤为关键。氨基酸还通过调控神经递质的合成,在心理健康、衰老延缓等方面展现出独特的应用价值。Amino acids have attracted much attention in nutritional food additives due to their extensive functions.As the basic building blocks of protein,amino acids support basic nutritional requirements and also play an important role in immune enhancement,muscle repair,and metabolic regulation.Specific amino acids such as leucine and glutamine are particularly critical in improving muscle mass and accelerating recovery.Amino acids also show unique applications in mental health,weight management,and aging by regulating the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
