中国式现代化融入管理学原理课程教学的价值意蕴与实践路径

摘　　要：管理学课程教学改革是连接管理学教学与现代化建设的重要途径。将中国式现代化元素融入管理学原理课程,能够发展新时代课程理论、优化课程发展的方向,夯实管理学人才队伍建设。为此,在实践路径上,教学改革应当不断适应中国式现代化的社会和经济需求,利用现代化元素拓展管理学基本职能,凸显教学主体;讲好管理学中国故事和时代前沿,充实教学内容;通过数字化技术创新教学方法,丰富授课形式;以时代性导向解读管理学基本理论,深化学生认识。The reform of management course teaching is an important way to connect management teaching with modernization construction.Integrating the elements of Chinese path to modernization into the curriculum of management principles can develop the curriculum theory of the new era,optimize the direction of curriculum development,and strengthen the construction of management talent team.Therefore,in the practical path,the educational reform should take the realization of Chinese path to modernization as the direction,constantly adapt to the social and economic needs of Chinese-style modernization,utilize modern elements to expand the basic functions of management studies,and highlight the teaching subjects.It is important to tell stories about Chinese management and explore cutting-edge topics to enrich the teaching content.Additionally,innovate teaching methods using digital technology and diversify teaching formats.Lastly,an era-oriented interpretation of the fundamental management theories should be provide to deepen students'understanding.
