摘  要:“科技向善、人是目的”正深刻影响着高校的教学改革。旨在培育有温度有情怀工程人才的新工科建设,更是向高校工程伦理教育提出了优化教学模式、推动价值理性回归的新诉求。研究从教学方式、师资队伍、课程定位等维度分析了当前我国高校工程伦理教育的不足,并基于华南理工大学“工程伦理”教学团队的课程实践,创新性提出案例情境沉浸化、研讨方式模块化、教学目标价值化三种教学手段。所做探索可为新时代培育德才兼备的工程人才提供参考。The mainstream value orientation of“Science and technology for social good”as is deeply affecting the teaching reform of universities.The“new engineering construction”aiming at cultivating warm and sentimental engineering talents has put forward new demands for engineering ethics education of engineering students in universities to optimize teaching mode and promote the return of value rationality.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of engineering ethics education for science and engineering students in universities in China from the aspects of teaching methods,teaching staff and curriculum orientation,and based on the curriculum practice results of the engineering ethics teaching team of South China University of Technology,it innovatively proposes three teaching methods:case immersion,modularization of discussion methods and value of teaching objectives.The exploration can provide reference for cultivating engineering talents with both virtue and ability in the new era.
