摘 要:世界观的分野决定着中西方对于“能力”认知的本质差异,也将就业能力的研究引向殊途。在原子论世界观规制下的能力概念逐渐由简入繁,随着社会经济变化在“人-岗关系”之上一再迁移,莫衷一是;而在中国传统文化所倡导有机整体论关照下,能力于个人而言并非单一要素,而是个人生命状态的全息投射,这与中国传统文化中“气”的哲学本质相通。重新认识、挖掘“气”在个体生命管理中的哲学意涵与构成要素,不失为逐渐困顿的就业能力开发研究领域的新进路。鉴于此,本研究提出就业能力研究要从“人-岗关系”的认知囹圄中走出,在传统文化所倡导的有机整体论的关照下注重贯穿社会之气、校园之气以及个人之气等多维度能力涵养进行就业能力开发。The difference in worldview determines the essential difference in the perception of capability between China and the West and leads the study of employability to different paths.Under the atomistic worldview,the concept of capability has gradually become more and more complicated,and has been repeatedly relocated with the social and economic changes in the“human-worker relationship”,which is not clear;while under the organic holism advocated by Chinese traditional culture,capability is not a single element for an individual,but a holographic projection of an individual’s life state,which is consistent with the philosophical essence of“Qi”in Chinese traditional culture.This is similar to the philosophical essence of“Qi”in traditional Chinese culture.Re-recognizing and exploring the philosophical meaning and components of“Qi”in individual life management is a new way forward for the progressing research field of employability development.In view of this,this study proposes that the study of employability should get out of the cognitive prison of“human-employee relationship”,and focus on the development of employability through the multi-dimensional ability cultivation of social Qi,campus Qi,and personal Qi under the care of organic holism advocated by traditional culture.
