海洋类“总师型”人才内生外聚培养模式:建构、实践与成效

摘　　要：海洋类“总师型”人才培养对于助力海洋强国建设具有重要意义。立足于海洋类专业“总师型”人才培养,基于西北工业大学“总师型”人才培养的积累,结合海洋类专业人才培养和校企协同育人实际情况,提出以学校培养为主、企业协同培养为辅的“内生外聚”协同培养模式。具体实践路径包括从“红蓝价值引领,践行总师育人初心”“本硕衔接培养,贯通总师知识体系”“科研育人提质,注入总师创新基因”“汇聚行业资源,厚植总师文化土壤”“校企双向赋能,合力造就总师青苗”五个方面,在培养体系优化、实践能力提升和创新思维增强方面取得较显著的成效,得出的主要启示,“内生外聚”协同培养培养体系和培养模式对于本研人才培养具有核心作用,应该坚持问题和目标导向,实施渐进式改革;合理配置资源,协调各方面力量,优化关键环节,充分发挥校内本研衔接、创新能力培养等方面的优势,汇聚成人才培养的校内核心力量;必须多措并举加强校企协同,注重激发提升企业在人才培养中的积极性和主动性形成校企协同培养的合力。The cultivation of"chief engineer type"talents in the marine field is of great significance in assisting the construction of a maritime power.Based on the cultivation of"chief engineer type"talents in marine majors and the background,culture,and guidance of"chief engineer type"talent cultivation in case universities,combined with the actual situation of marine professional talent cultivation and school enterprise collaborative education in the university,a"endogenous external aggregation"collaborative training model is proposed with school training as the main focus and enterprise collaborative training as the auxiliary.The reform and optimization of the marine"chief engineer type"talent training model have achieved significant results in optimizing the training system,enhancing practical abilities,and strengthening innovative thinking.The main insights gained are that the training system and mode play a core role in the cultivation of undergraduate talents,and we should adhere to problem and goal orientation and implement gradual reforms.We should reasonably allocate resources,coordinate various forces,optimize key links,fully leverage the advantages of internal and graduate school connection,innovation ability cultivation,etc.,and gather into the core force of talent cultivation within the school.We must take multiple measures to strengthen the collaboration between schools and enterprises,and focus on stimulating and enhancing the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises in talent cultivation to form a joint force for school enterprise collaborative training.
