摘  要:心理健康教育课程是对学生开展心理健康教育和普及知识的重要阵地。在对人才培养提出更高要求的新时代,传统的教学模式已无法满足学生个性化的学习和发展需求。针对高校心理健康教育课程教学面临的困境,在以学生为中心教育理念的指导下,构建了以积极心理学为基础的“六结合”,即“育心与育德相结合”“线上教学与线下教学相结合”“翻转课堂与体验教学相结合”“严格管理与人文关怀相结合”“课内教学与课外实践相结合”“过程性评价与终结性评价相结合”的课程教学体系,从而激发学生学习的主动性和参与度,提升学生的科学探究能力、问题解决能力和团队协作能力,将心理健康教育课建成学生“想学、愿学、乐学”的课程。The mental health education course is an important front to carry out mental health education and popularize knowledge among students.In the new era that puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation,the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet students’personalized learning and development needs.In view of the difficulties faced by the teaching of the mental health education course in colleges and universities,un-der the guidance of the student-centered education concept,a teaching system based on positive psychology is constructed,which is the combination of“mental education and moral education”,“online teaching and offline teaching”,“flipped classroom and experiential teaching”,“strict management and humanistic care”,“in-class teaching and extracurricular practice”,and“process evaluation and final evaluation”.This teaching system can stimulate students’initiative and participation in learning,improve students’scientific inquiry ability,problem-solving ability and team cooperation ability,and build the mental health education course into a course that stu-dents“want to learn,will learn,and enjoy learning”.
