摘  要:思政辅导员队伍建设是高校思想政治教育的重要保障,提升思政辅导员胜任力对实现高校思政教育工作改革创新发展具有重要意义。从思政基本知识、思政工作能力、职业规划、性格特征4个维度建立高校思政辅导员胜任力评价指标,采用层次分析法明确各二级指标权重,旨在通过分析提升高校思政辅导员的胜任力水平。结果表明,基本知识及思政工作能力是高校思政辅导员胜任力的关键影响因素,在思政辅导员人才选聘中应重点关注其职业规划及性格特征。The construction of ideological and political counselors is an important guarantee for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The improvement of the competence of ideological and political counselors is of great significance for the reform,innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The study establishes the competency evaluation indexes of ideological and political counselors in colleges and universities from 4 dimensions:basic knowledge of ideological and political work,ability of ideological and political work,career planning and personality characteristics;and defines the weight of each second-level index by Analytic Hierarchy Process,so as to improve the competency level of ideological and political counselors in colleges and universities through analysis.The results show that the basic knowledge and the ability of ideological and political work are the key influencing factors of the competence of the ideological and political counselors in colleges and universities.In the selection and recruitment of ideological and political counselors,it is necessary to focus on their career planning and personality characteristics.
