摘 要:大肠菌群是评价卫生质量的重要指标之一,是常见的必检项目,其检测结果已被应用于食品卫生、生产加工、消毒效果、公共场所等多个领域。大肠菌群传统的检测方法是培养法,培养法是公认的金标方法,但耗时较长,难以满足快速检测的需求,因此有必要研究大肠菌群快速检测方法。本文归纳总结了近年来大肠菌群分子生物学检测方法,为今后快速检测方法的进一步研究提供帮助。Coliforms serve as one of vital indicators for evaluating hygiene quality and are widely regarded as a necessary inspection item.Their detection results have been extensively applied in various fields,including food hygiene supervision,production process monitoring,disinfection effectiveness assessment,and public place hygiene monitoring.Traditional detection method,such as the cultivation method,is recognized as the gold standard.However,the cultivation method is time-consuming and difficult to meet the needs of rapid detection.Therefore,it is necessary to study on rapid detection methods of coliforms.This article summarizes the molecular biological detection methods of coliforms in recent years,so as to provide reference for future research on rapid detection methods.
