知识翻译学视角下食品科学术语汉译策略研究

摘　　要：本文从知识翻译学出发,以Rick Parker所著的《食品科学与食品系统导论》中出现的典型术语为例,探讨食品科学术语汉译的策略。首先,介绍了知识翻译学,阐述了其在跨文化交流中的重要性。其次,总结了食品科学术语汉译现存的问题和挑战。最后,基于知识翻译学的视角,提出了针对食品科学术语汉译的策略。这一研究对于提高食品科学术语汉译质量,促进食品科学交流具有重要意义。This paper starts with knowledge translation theory,taking typical terms from Introduction to Food Science and Food Sys‐tems written by Rick Parker as examples to explore strategies for translating food science terminology into Chinese.Firstly,it intro‐duced knowledge translation and explained its importance in cross-cultural communication.Secondly,the existing problems and chal‐lenges in the Chinese translation of food science terms were presented in this paper.Finally,based on the perspective of Tranknowle‐tology,it proposed the strategies for Chinese translation of food science terminology.This study is of great significance for improving the quality of Chinese translation of food science terminology and promoting Food Science exchanges.
