农民大学生创业教育需求研究——以海南开放大学为例

摘　　要：针对参加海南省农村党员干部和农民群众“双学历”教育工程项目学习的900余位农民大学生的问卷调查结果显示,农民大学生创业意愿强,参加创业教育积极性高,急需学习创业项目选择与管理等知识,并习惯传统教学方式等创业教育需求特征。开放大学可在OBE教育理念指导下,通过重设课程教学目标,重构教学过程,增加问题真实性,探索以“两性一度”为标准的农民大学生创业教育一流课程建设途径。By questionnaire survey,the entrepreneurship education needs of more than 900 peasant college students who participated in the"double degree"education project of rural Party cadres and"double degree"education project in Hainan Province were investigated.It is found that peasant college students have a strong willingness to start businesses and high enthusiasm to participate in entrepreneurship education;they urgently need to learn entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial project selection,and management knowledge;they are accustomed to the traditional teaching methods.Under the guidance of the concept of OBE education,the Open University can explore the way to build a first-class course of entrepreneurship education for peasant university students by resetting the teaching objectives of the course,reconstructing the teaching process,and increasing the authenticity of the problems with the criterion of"high order,innovation,and challenge degree".
