摘 要:为探明线性涡流制动作用下高速列车的轮轨动力作用特征,详细分析了涡流制动装置的结构特点和工作原理,建立了装备涡流制动的高速列车多体动力学模型,模型中充分考虑了不同状态下的涡流制动装置与列车、钢轨间的相互作用关系。计算了涡流制动下的轮轨作用力、制动装置与钢轨间的动态间隙变化以及与轴箱间的动态作用力。结果表明,涡流制动装置工作状态时的最大轮轨垂向力约为85 kN、轮轴横向力约为8 kN,较缓解状态和失效状态有所增大;计算工况下的轮轨安全性指标均符合安全限值要求;涡流制动装置与钢轨间隙的减小幅值在1 mm以内,远小于初设的6~9 mm,最大增加幅值约为2.2 mm;涡流制动装置与轴箱间的最大垂向作用力为46 kN,最大横向作用力为13 kN。In order to find out the characteristics of wheel-rail dynamic action of high-speed train under linear eddy current braking,the structure and action principle of eddy current braking device are firstly analyzed.Then,the multi-body dynamic model of high-speed train is established equipped with eddy current brake,where the model fully considers the interactions of the braking device with the vehicle and the rail in different states.The influence of eddy current braking on wheel/rail force,the dynamic displacement between the brake device and rail,the dynamic force is calculated between the brake device and the axle box.The results show that the wheel/rail vertical and lateral force under eddy current braking are increased compared with the release state and the failure state of braking device,the maximum vertical force is about 85 kN,and the wheelset lateral force is about 8 kN.On the calculated conditions,the safety indexes of wheel/rail are within the safety limit.The vibration displacement of the braking device to rail side is within 1 mm,which is far less than the initial 6-9 mm,gap between braking device and rail increases instantaneously during the working process,the increased amplitude is about 2.2 mm.The maximum vertical and lateral force are 46 kN and 13 kN between the brake device and axle box.
