摘 要:为研究机车齿轮箱内部润滑情况、不同因素对内部流场的影响程度,需准确计算齿轮箱浸油润滑中油液的分布。文中基于流固耦合理论,建立机车齿轮箱内部流场的RNG k-ε模型、VOF模型,对浸油润滑齿轮箱进行数值分析,得到准稳态时润滑油分布规律。另外,分析转速、浸油深度、初始油温对齿轮箱内部流场的影响。结果表明,内部油液呈现高速均匀分散分布、低速聚集分布的特点;转速、浸油深度、初始油温的增高,均会引起内部流场有效润滑油浓度的增高,且趋于平缓;在3种因素中,转速的增大对内流场影响最为显著,浸油深度对有效润滑油浓度影响最大,油温对内流场影响最小。对稳态仿真结果归一化处理,得到转速、油量和油温工况的最大综合润滑指数分别为2.48、2.34和2.34,对应转速为1656 rpm、油量为2 h和油温为60℃的工况条件,对齿轮箱浸油润滑提出参考性建议。In order to investigate the internal lubrication of locomotive gearbox and the influence of different factors on the internal flow field,it is necessary to accurately calculate the oil distribution in the oil-immersed lubrication of gearbox.Based on the fluid-structure coupling theory,the RNG k-εmodel and VOF model of the internal flow field of locomotive gear box are established,and the lubricating oil distribution law is obtained in quasi-steady state.In addition,the influence of speed,initial oil amount and initial oil temperature is analyzed on the flow field inside the gearbox.The results show that the internal oil is distributed uniformly at high speed and aggregated at low speed.The increase of rotational speed,immersion depth and initial oil temperature will cause effective oil concentration increase in the internal flow field and tend to be flat.Among the three factors,the increase of speed has the most significant influence on the internal flow field,and the immersion depth has the most influence on the effective oil concentration,and the oil temperature has the least influence on the internal flow field.According to the normalization of the steady-state simulation results,the maximum comprehensive lubrication index under the working conditions of speed,oil quantity and oil temperature is 2.48,2.34 and 2.34 respectively,corresponding to the working conditions of speed of 1656 rpm,oil quantity of 2 h and oil temperature of 60℃.The reference suggestions for oil-immersed lubrication of gear box are put forward.
