摘 要:心血管疾病的发病诱因主要包括高血糖、高血脂等,其所造成的高患病率和高死亡率是当前世纪性难题。文章综述了茯砖茶对预防心血管疾病危险因素的研究现状,阐述了茯砖茶对肠道菌群的调节作用及参与相关代谢的微生物种类、产物与分子机制等,为茯砖茶在功能食品上的应用提供理论依据;并对茯砖茶的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为茯砖茶的推广及深层次的开发等提供理论参考。The main causes of cardiovascular diseases include high blood glucose,high blood lipid,etc.The high prevalence and mortality caused by them are the current challenges of the century.This paper reviews the current research status of Fuzhuan brick tea on the prevention of cardiovascular disease risk factors,describes the regulatory effect of Fuzhuan brick tea on intestinal flora and the microbial species,products and molecular mechanisms involved in related metabolism,provides a theoretical basis for the application of Fuzhuan brick tea in functional foods,and prospects on the research direction of Fuzhuan brick tea,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the promotion and deeper development of Fuzhuan brick tea.
