数智时代“双师型”高职教师工作投入机制研究

摘  要:随着数智时代的到来,“双师型”高职教师工作投入对于提高职业教育教学质量至关重要。通过构建结构方程模型,结合332份调查样本,研究了“双师型”高职教师的工作投入机制,以及组织支持感和组织认同感的多重中介作用。研究结果表明,自我效能感、组织支持感和组织认同感是影响高职教师工作投入的关键因素;自我效能感必须转化为组织支持感,才能对组织认同感和工作投入产生影响;组织支持感是产生组织认同感的关键环节,其加强有利于产生组织认同感和工作投入的提高,同时从教师、职业院校角度等对提升“双师型”高职教师工作投入提出对策。With the advent of the era of digital intelligence,the work engagement of“double-qualified”higher vocational teachers is very important in improving the teaching quality of vocational education.By constructing a structural equation model,this paper studies the work engagement mechanism of“double-qualified”higher vocational teachers and the multiple mediating effects of perceived organizational support and organizational identity.The results show that self-efficacy,organizational support and organizational identity are the key factors affecting the work engagement of higher vocational teachers.Self-efficacy must be transformed into a sense of organizational support in order to have an impact on organizational identity and work engagement.The sense of organizational support is the key link to produce organizational identity.Its strengthening is conducive to the improvement of organizational identity and work engagement.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures to improve the work engagement of“double-qualified”higher vocational teachers from the perspective of teachers and vocational colleges.
