高职学生创新能力培养的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：创新能力是学生综合素质和行动能力构成的主要部分,学生创新能力的提升对于职业教育人才培养质量提升、新时期产业结构转型升级、创新型国家建设均具有重要意义。文章在高职学生创新能力培养的意义与必要性分析的基础上,研判分析高职学生创新能力培养的特殊性与关键点,继而总结归纳高职学生创新能力培养的一般手段,利用调查研究法分析目前高职学生创新能力培养的现状,深入分析目前高职学生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题,继而针对性地提出高职学生创新能力培养的对策建议。Innovation ability is the main component of students'comprehensive quality and action ability.The improvement of students'innovation abilities is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education talent cultivation,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the new era,and the construction of an innovative country.Based on the analysis of the significance and necessity of cultivating innovative abilities of vocational college students,this paper evaluates and analyzes the particularity and key points of cultivating innovative abilities of vocational college students.It then concludes and summarizes the general methods of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students,uses survey and research methods to analyze the current situation of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students,and deeply analyzes the problems that exist in the process of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students.Subsequently,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to cultivate the innovative abilities of higher vocational college students.
