摘 要:本文建立一种固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱-同位素稀释法测定果汁中展青霉素含量的方法。样品经过制备和提取后,采用固相萃取柱净化,使用Athena UPLC C_(18)色谱柱进行分离,乙腈-水作为流动相进行等度洗脱。电喷雾离子源(ESI-),多反应监测模式分析,内标法定量。结果表明,展青霉素质量浓度在0~250 ng·mL^(-1)时线性关系良好,r^(2)>0.999;定量限为2.5μg·kg^(-1);在低、中、高3个加标水平(10μg·kg^(-1)、50μg·kg^(-1)、250μg·kg^(-1))下,加标回收率为83.18%~99.25%。该方法简便快捷、重现性好,适用于果汁饮料中展青霉素的测定。The determination of patulin in fruit juices by solid phase extraction-ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry-isotope dilution method was presented.After preparation and extraction,the samples were purified by solid phase extraction column,separated by Athena UPLC C_(18) column,eluted with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase.Electrospray ion source(ESI-),multiple reaction monitoring mode analysis,internal standard assay.The results showed that the mass concentration of picillin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0 ng·mL^(-1)to 250 ng·mL^(-1),correlation coefficient r^(2) was more than 0.999,and the limit of quantification was 2.5μg·kg^(-1).The recoveries were 83.18%to 99.25%at the low,middle and high levels(10μg·kg^(-1),50μg·kg^(-1) and 250μg·kg^(-1)).The method is simple,rapid,reproducible and suitable for the determination of penicillin in fruit juice drinks.
