摘　　要：随着职业教育的快速发展,培养具备工匠精神的高技能人才成为当前教育领域的重要任务。本文以“基于创新创业大赛培育五年制高职学生工匠精神”为主题,阐述了工匠精神的含义以及创新创业大赛如何作为一个有力的教育平台,帮助学生将理论知识与实践技能相结合,进而塑造他们的工匠精神,剖析了工匠精神同创新创业大赛的关系,提出了我校基于创新创业大赛培育工匠精神的途径。为职业技能培训注入更多创新的元素,以培养更为全面、有活力的职业人才,引领未来的职场潮流。With the rapid development of vocational education,cultivating high skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit has become an important task in the current education field.This paper takes“Cultivating the Craftsmanship Spirit of Five-year Vocational College Students Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition”as the theme,elaborates on the meaning of craftsmanship spirit and how innovation and entrepreneurship competition can serve as a powerful educational platform to help students combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills,and shape their craftsmanship spirit.It analyzes the relationship between craftsmanship spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship competition,and proposes ways for our school to cultivate craftsmanship spirit based on innovation and entrepreneurship competition,injecting more innovative elements into vocational skills training to cultivate more comprehensive and dynamic vocational talents,and leading the future trend of the workplace.
