摘  要:随着新质生产力的提出和快速发展,建筑测量专业在教学模式、人才培养、师资队伍建设等方面面临全新挑战。结合某建筑技工学校的实践经验,探讨了新质生产力背景下建筑测量专业师资队伍建设的现状及策略。重点分析了师资队伍建设过程中面临的问题,提出了优化师资队伍结构、提升教学质量、加强校企合作等策略,为技工院校适应新质生产力背景下的建筑测量专业建设提供了理论依据与实践参考。With the proposal and rapid development of new quality productive forces,the major of architectural surveying faces brand-new challenges in teaching models,talent cultivation,and faculty development.Based on practical experience from a vocational school specializing in construction,the current state and strategies for faculty development in architectural surveying under the context of new quality productive forces are explored in this study.The challenges encountered during faculty development get mainly analyzed and such strategies as optimizing faculty structure,improving teaching quality,and strengthening school enterprise collaboration are proposed.These strategies provide theoretical foundations and practical references for the architectural surveying major of technical schools adapting to the evolving demands under the background of new quality productive forces.
