摘 要:新时期,人力资源在事业单位的发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此战略性人力资源管理工作被提上日程。为了更好地推动事业单位的可持续发展,必须以战略性的目光分析人力资源管理中存在的不足,寻求有效的解决途径,实现人力资源管理水平的进一步提升。基于此,文章立足事业单位的发展需求,对战略性人力资源管理展开讨论,推动战略性人力资源管理的有效落实,实现对事业单位内部人力资源的充分开发,提升事业单位凝聚力,真正发挥事业单位人力资源管理价值。As we enter a new era,human resources are playing an increasingly important role in the development of public institutions.Thus strategic human resource management has put on the agenda.In order to better promote the sustainable development of public institutions,it is necessary to analyze the deficiencies in human resource management from a strategic perspective seek effective solutions,achieve further improvement in the level of human resource management.Based on this,the article focuses on the development needs of public institutions,discusses human resource management,promotes the effective implementation of strategic human resource management,fully develops the internal human resources of public institutions,enhances the cohesion of public institutions,and leverages the value of human resource management in public institutions.
