摘 要:随着社会的不断发展,绩效考核作为一种重要的管理方式最初应用于企业管理中,逐渐被引入公共部门管理中,但因研究起步较晚,所以其在公共部门管理中的应用存在着制约。基于此,文章首先对开展公共部门人力资源绩效考核的意义进行了阐述,其次分析了目前绩效考核过程中存在的主要问题,最后提出具有针对性的解决措施,希望对提升公共部门人力资源绩效管理水平有所启示。With the continuous development of society,performance appraisal,as an important management method,was initially applied in enterprise management and gradually introduced into public sector management.However,due to the late start of research,its application in public sector management is constrained.Based on this,the article first elaborates on the significance of conducting performance evaluation of human resources in the public sector,analyzes the main problems in the current performance evaluation process,and finally proposes targeted solutions,hoping to provide inspiration for improving the management level of human resources performance in the public sector.
